Returning SURE Student Application

WELCOME, Returning SURE Fellows! We are glad to know you are interested in applying for SURE 2008. The following are required for the Review Panel:

  • Section 1 is for information about how to contact you.
  • Section 2 is for an update about courses taken and grades received since your last application.
  • Section 3 is to inform us of your plans for SURE 2008. Please state whether you want to continue doing similar research with your mentor from SURE 2007. Or, if you want a change, please state which technical research area, research facility, and mentor you would like.

SURE 2008 Fellows will be given the opportunity to either participate in the Orientation or go directly to their research assignment, and to participate in the End-of-Summer Workshop. Details about the Orientation and the Workshop will be distributed as they develop.
